VOLUNTEER STORIES

Our volunteers are the lifeblood of our organisation.

Our peer support group The Beyond Sleep Training Project is 100% volunteer-run and anyone who has had the luck of being on the receiving end of the support given by one of our team will attest, they are some of the kindest, most compassionate and intelligent people you will ever meet. They give their time and wisdom so generously to our members and each brings their own unique lived experience to the fore.

Our team is located across the globe to help us achieve support 24 hours a day and offers a unique diversity. We have volunteers with broad experiences and circumstances which helps bring empathy and compassion to all interactions.

Little Sparklers Volunteer Locations - Africa, Canada, USA, UK, Europe, China, Australia, New Zealand

Sometimes, people are worried that our support will be just another one-size-fits-all approach, but it is far from it. Our volunteer team have a vast range of diverse experiences and circumstances, and we try to make sure that it is clear that the *right way* is only right if it feels right and works for your baby and your family's circumstances.

Our Volunteers

Thank you to each and every one of our amazing volunteers. It’s impossible to adequately quantify the value of the unpaid work our volunteer team put into supporting our community. In an effort to try to quantify, we asked our team to calculate how many hours in an average week they put into their volunteer role. Here are their estimated totals:

165.752 hours total per week

=4.4 full time equivalent positions being done by our volunteers.

Thank you!
