Carly Grubb
Our Founder and Managing Director of Consumer Advocacy
Carly has a Bachelor of Education (Primary) and has founded Little Sparklers to further the work that she began with The Beyond Sleep Training Project.
A fierce consumer advocate for families and babies, Carly challenges dominant paradigms relating to perinatal mental health and infant sleep, promoting progressive, evidence-based changes through Little Sparklers.
She worked for 6 years with her volunteer team to educate parents on the biological, physiological and social needs of the whole family and to shift parenting approaches to align with the needs of infants and children. This was and is still underpinned by our free online community, The Beyond Sleep Training Project, with almost 200,000 members. This unique peer-based approach aims to prevent perinatal mental illness by providing high-quality information and social connections to support parental resilience.
She is a recipient of Pro Bono Australia's Impact25 2022 award for her powerful social impact, and is now our Managing Director of Consumer Advocacy.
Carly lives in Mount Isa outback Queensland with her dedicated husband and three wonderful young children.
